Our Hybrid Training programs are backed by a Training Satisfaction Guarantee that includes
lifetime follow-up sessions and group classes for life.
We strive to provide long-lasting results and outstanding support—but training is a partnership, and
client participation is essential to that success.
Please review our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any service provided by Ruff Pup.
Ruff Pup does not offer refunds for services that have been completed.
This includes all dog training programs and all grooming services.
Once services have been delivered, we consider those services rendered in full.
Follow Up Training and Group Classes For Life are a FREE perk that is included for FREE with
the program you sign up for. It is the clients responsibility to schedule follow ups and
make themselves aware of when group classes are held.
If you choose not to take advantage of these free services, that is your own choice.
You cannot ask for a refund, claiming services were incomplete if you did not schedule or attend those free services.
Each of our Hybrid Training Programs includes:
Lifetime one-on-one follow-up training sessions (by appointment, subject to trainer availability)
Unlimited access to group training classes
Ongoing client support and coaching
The opportunity for the dog to return for additional training at no cost if follow-up training is unsuccessful
This guarantee exists to ensure long-term success and to give clients multiple avenues for ongoing support.
While we do our best to ensure every dog has a great training experience and all issues are resolved, we do acknowledge that
some dogs, though few and far between, just do not take well to our particular style and methods of training.
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
All directions provided at the go-home session were fully implemented by the owner
Client actively participated in follow-up training sessions and group classes
The dog returned for additional training if progress was not achieved through follow-up training
After these steps, the client can demonstrate that the training did not lead to expected improvements.
If all the above steps have been completed and the client is still not satisfied, Ruff Pup may offer a partial refund.
Any refund issued will be less the costs associated with the training of the dog, any boarding fees, training equipment,
administrative fees, and materials
.
We take the health of every dog in our care seriously.
All dogs are monitored while services and training is ongoing for signs of injury or illness.
If a health concern arises while in our care, we will notify the owner immediately and arrange appropriate care.
We maintain a "Services Provided at Your Own Risk" policy.
As much as we take preventative action to keep dogs in our care safe and healthy, there are certain things that are out of our control.
Sicknesses can have long incubation periods and show no symptoms while a dog is contagious.
Refunds or reimbursements for veterinary costs will only be considered if there is clear evidence
the condition originated from a lack of care from Ruff Pup.
We may, at our discretion, reimburse reasonable veterinary expenses for minor health issues,
when addressed during or immediately following a rendered service.
Clients are expected to communicate concerns about grooming, training plans, health or injury, during or immediately
after the purchased service has been rendered.
This gives our team the opportunity to take action and make necessary adjustments to ensure safety and/or success of the dogs in our care.
Concerns brought forward only after a service is complete may limit our ability to resolve the issue effectively.
