Ruff Pup Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 1st 2024

At Ruff Pup, we are committed to the success of every dog and family we work with.

Our Board and Train programs are backed by a Training Satisfaction Guarantee that includes

unlimited follow-up sessions and lifetime group classes.

We strive to provide long-lasting results and outstanding support—but training is a partnership, and

client participation is essential to that success.

Day Camp programs come with lifetime group classes and four free follow up training session to assist with your dog's success.

Please review our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any service provided by Ruff Pup.

1. No Refunds for Completed Services

Ruff Pup does not offer refunds for services that have been completed.

This includes board and train programs, private sessions, and day camp training, as well as all grooming services.

Once services have been delivered, we consider those services rendered in full.

2. Board and Train Satisfaction Guarantee

Each of our Board and Train programs includes:

Unlimited one-on-one follow-up training sessions (by appointment)

Unlimited access to group training classes

Ongoing client support and coaching

The opportunity for the dog to return for additional training at no cost if follow-up training is unsuccessful

This guarantee exists to ensure long-term success and to give clients multiple avenues for ongoing support.

3. Board and Train Refund Eligibility – Conditions Must Be Met

While we do our best to ensure every dog has a great training experience and all issues are resolved, we do acknowledge that

some dogs, though few and far between, just do not take well to our particular style and methods of training.

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

All directions provided at the go-home session were fully implemented by the owner

  1. Client actively participated in follow-up training sessions and group classes

The dog returned for additional training if progress was not achieved through follow-up

After these steps, the client can demonstrate that the training did not lead to expected improvements

If all the above steps have been completed and the client is still not satisfied, Ruff Pup may offer a partial refund.

Any refund issued will be less the cost of payroll associated with the training of the dog, training equipment, administrative fees, and materials

.

4. Health-Related Concerns

We take the health of every dog in our care seriously.

All dogs are monitored while services and training is ongoing for signs of injury or illness.

If a health concern arises while in our care, we will notify the owner immediately and arrange appropriate care.

Refunds or reimbursements for veterinary costs will only be considered if there is clear evidence

the condition originated from Ruff Pup’s facility.

We may, at our discretion, reimburse reasonable veterinary expenses for minor issues,

when addressed during or immediately following a rendered service.

5. Communication Expectations

Clients are expected to communicate concerns about grooming, training plans, health or injury during the purchased service.

This gives our team the opportunity to make necessary adjustments to ensure safety and/or success.

Concerns brought forward only after a service is complete may limit our ability to resolve the issue effectively.
